Aamara Biswas, extented the Nano Finance Project to Chhattisgarh located East-Central India so the women of this region can benefit from the Nano Finance system.
The Nano Finance project got extended to another state in India - Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. in January 2020. The women of a village named Hafa in Bilaspur district welcomed us with warmth and gratitude. The initial distribution of funds for around 100 women was to support them with painting and fixing their homes, chicken farming, tea shops and many other daily income/livelihood needs. The project has a great success in the first year with support from our local co-ordinator Swati Updhaya.
